Do you offer framed prints?
Unfortunately, framed options are not available for standard collections. This is mainly because framing would drastically increase prices. Instead, I'd recommend purchasing your desired print size first, and then find a beautiful frame to accompany it. Already have a frame in mind? It's still a good idea to double check its measurements before making an order. Framed images are included for illustrative purposes only. If you're interested in a custom framed print, please contact me with your budget and any additional specifications noted. Prices begin at $400.
What paper do you use?
Prints are made on 175gsm heavyweight, museum-grade matte finish fine art paper. There’s zero shine and an astonishing depth of color that glossy paper simply can’t offer. Matte paper also means you don’t have to worry about accidentally getting fingerprints on your image!
This quality of paper is used in fine art and photography galleries. Frankly, the paper is gorgeous. As a result, prioritizing the best quality available means base production costs are more expensive than generic travel prints or posters you may find online. I am a firm believer in making work you are proud of, and I have sought out the best quality materials to bring a premium product to you.
Who prints and delivers the artwork?
My US-based printer manages incoming orders, printing, quality review, hand packaging, and shipping. They're excellent at what they do, so you can rest easy.
How much is shipping?
I charge a flat rate delivery fee of $4 per order, regardless of where you are in the world. This helps to ensure your item is shipped securely and reliably.
US orders $70 and over ship free.
Are there extra fees for international orders or deliveries?
I charge a flat rate of $4 to cover shipping fees, regardless of your shipping destination.
As for international orders, I cannot assure you that there won't be any extra fees (such as customs taxes or import duties) imposed by your country's customs office for receiving the delivery. The amount of tax and import duties can differ from one country to another and from one delivery to another. Please note that I am not accountable for collecting any of these supplementary charges if they are imposed, and I cannot predict, bear the cost of, or provide refunds for them.
Why is sales tax being charged for my delivery to Pennsylvania?
For orders being shipped to Pennsylvania, a 6% sales tax will be applied in accordance with Pennsylvania's regulations, as that’s where Away With Meredith is based. This tax is only applicable to shipping addresses within PA.
What if I don't like my print?
I really hope you love your new print! However, I can't give refunds if you change your mind before or after receiving your image. Refunds or reprints can only be provided if your print arrives damaged or with defects.
What if my print arrives damaged?
If your artwork arrives with print defects or is damaged in transit, please contact hello (at) awaywithmeredith (dot) com as soon as possible. Be sure to describe the problem in your message and attach an image.
